Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Loopa Games LLC (“Loopa Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our  website www.pairloopa.com or any official Loopa Games sales channel.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most physical items within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If your game was delivered damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective, or damaged in an undamaged shipping package. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. After the item is received, a Gift certificate will be mailed to you.                                                                                                      If the items was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was shipped to the givers address to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at pairloopa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once approved, send the product back to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at pairloopa@gmail.com.
    Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
